Reachout09

Reachout 09 has been and gone, and what a week it was, God truly moved and blew us away yet again : all praise and honour goes to Him who is worthy.   There’s a couple of video’s posted on the site here to bring back some memories of the week, keep checking this site and the facebook page for future updates and re-unions in coming months. Feel free to leave a comment with your thoughts on the week and keep checking back for future updates.

Evening Programme for those 17+

The evening programme for those 17+ is as follows

• Monday 3rd August, 7PM-9PM @ Raffery Halls : Desserts and Chillout Night. Join us for some tasty desserts, tea/coffee and chat, bring down some friends and chillax.
• Tuesday 4th August, 7PM-9PM @ The Oaks, Darragh Cross : Fitzy’s Pub Quiz. Test the brain power in one of Fitzy’s legendary pub quiz’s, gather a team together and test your knowledge.
• Wednesday 5th August, 7PM-9PM @ Raffery Halls : Discussion  night hosted by Rick Hill on the theme of Being Church.
• Thursday 6th August, 6:30PM leaving Raffery Halls or meet us there for 7:30PM : Raceview Karting, approx. cost £30
• Friday 7th August, 7PM to late – BBQ and concert featuring HeartAblazeHope to see you there

Reachout 09 will be 3rd – 7th August @ Raffery: 11-16 year olds 10AM-4PM daily
17+ every evening from 7pm
Fun, Fellowship, Serving the community, Learning more about the God who created us, loves us, and desires us to Know Him more each day.
Theme this year is “Dont just go to church, BE the church”

24 hour prayer

“If then my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face… I will hear them from heaven” 2 Chronicles 7:14

Reachout was birthed at a prayer meeting, and prayer is the fuel that drives and directs Reachout each year. We value your continued support in prayer for Reachout, and plan to run a 24 hr prayer day will take place from 4pm on Friday 24th – 4pm on Saturday 25th July, praying specifically for the Reach Out events taking place this summer.

PRAYER POINTS
- Pray for wisdom and doors to open as we consider doing community days / evenings in Darragh Cross this year
- For the team to be guided by God in all we do and for unity and a passion for Jesus to be evident in all lives
- For the young people who come along to be encouraged in their faith and open to God.
- For guidance in the theme and devotions that will be relevant and inspired by God.

Reachout 09 – Calling all leaders

Reachout 09 will be happening 3rd to 7th August, probably based at Raffery, and it’s that time of year again where we are trying to get a team together.
If you would be interested in being a leader (18+) or helper (16+) then come along to the following:

PLANNING MEETING – Thursday 14th May, 7:30 PM @ The Bells house, Boardmills (email us if you need directions).Even if you cannot make the meeting and want to be on the team, let us know ASAP by email / text as we need to get numbers finalised, and AccessNI checks completed. Further updates will be posted as they are finalised

Reachout 08

Well Reachout 08 has been and gone, but what a week its been : lots of laughs, lots of fun, new friendships developed, old ones renewed, and the challenge of living a transformed life presented daily is fresh in our minds.  God is good, and blessed us big time this week, and we want all the glory and honour and praise to go to the one who is worthy, our loving Father in heaven.

Don’t forget the service of celebration tonight, Sunday 17th August, 6:30PM @ Boardmills, where there will be some praise, reflections on the week and a few memorable photo’s and video’s reminding us of the week that was Reachout 08.
